Joshua Radin

Joshua Radin est un chanteur/compositeur originaire des Shaker Heights dans l'Ohio où il commença son œuvre en 2004.

À l'origine, il se destinait d'avantage à l'art, il étudiait le dessin et la peinture à la Northwestern University et il se voyait professeur d'art ou employé d'une galerie d'art plutôt que chanteur.
Sa première chanson "Winter" avait été écrite pour son ami Zach Braff. Le patron de Braff TV tomba amoureux de la mélodie de Joshua et propulsa sa chanson dans la bande sonore de la série Scrubs. C'est à ce moment là que les fans demandèrent davantage de chansons et que la carrière de Joshua commença réellement.

La musique de Radin est décrite par des airs folk rock et acoustique. Il signa aux Columbia Records et c'est sous ce même label qu'il sorti son premier album studio We Were Here. Il continua son œuvre sous ce même label, sortant en 2008 son dernier album Simple Times. En savoir plus sur Last.fm.
