High Wolf

A la croisée d’Aguirre d’Herzog et des Tristes Tropiques de Lévi-Strauss, mystérieuse et psychotrope, la musique d’High Wolf unit boucles cosmiques, guitare fuzz, synthés dronesques, voix réverbérées et percussions tribales.

Artiste hyperactif et mondialisé, High Wolf n’en finit pas de produire et de collaborer depuis sa naissance, fin 2009.

En à peine deux, il multiplie les sorties solos, les splits et les collaborations avec Topping Bottoms, Chicaloyoh, Masaki Nakazawa et Iibiis Rooge - projet sombre, proche d’une techno-ambient, plus dur et acéré que les apaisantes et mystico-hypnotiques plages d’High Wolf – duo formé avec Neil Campbell (Astral Social Club/ Vibracathedral Orchestra) avec lequel il sort un disque éponyme à la fin 2010.

Dans la lignée de Vibracathedral Orchestra, Sun Araw, Gnod ou encore Ducktails, High Wolf ouvre une fenêtre mentale et synesthésique avec son «électronique équatoriale». En savoir plus sur Last.fm.
